Light Muscovado is the classic among the natural, unaffected cane sugar, which is produced in an old traditional sugar cane in Mauritius.

The light brown soft wet sugar has small sugar crystals and its aromatic sirup residents have a warm honey color. In terms of taste, it convinces with a round range of brazen and toffee tones.

Light Muscovado gives both coffee and tea as well as caramels and desserts such as Tiramisu, cookies and much more a unique dimension. Wet sugar can dry out through their naturalness.
