DESCRIPTION
In the past, when the coffee was still transported by a sailing ship, the journey took several months. During the trip, the green beans were exposed to high humidity, which changed the taste and color. Consumers had got used to the fact that the coffee is specially prepared today: the raw coffee is put out for several weeks to win the monsoons and the rain ("monsooning").
Our espresso blend is made up of Monsooned Malabar Aspinwall, Monsooned Robusta Aa (Balehonnur) and Tanzania (Typica Kilimanjaro).
