Topic this time: raspberry chocolate ganache cake & scones

For the cake you need round baking tins: either 2 x with a diameter of 23 cm or 2 x with a diameter of 15 cm. You get a recipe that is designed for the larger size and once for the smaller size.

In a live baking show you make a wonderful chocolate cake with a ganache with Cynthia - decorated with sugared roses - and great scones.

Everything at home near Cynthia in the kitchen - accompanied with a professional camera work.

You will receive the recipes in advance so that you can bake / cook in parallel with Cynthia if you want.
