Topic this time: Vanilla-Erdberere Naked Cake with a light Swiss meringue butter cream & spicy cheese cookies
We will also address the sourdough starter scheduled in the baking course on May 2nd.
Everything at home near Cynthia in the kitchen - accompanied with a professional camera work.
You will receive the recipes in advance so that you can bake / cook in parallel with Cynthia if you want.
For the cake you need either 2 x 15 cm baking tins or any other round baking pan 2 x - Cynthia has worked out the recipe for the 15 cm size and send a table with you so that you can easily calculate the quantities for any other size. Very easily!
