DESCRIPTION
The ideal baking sheet for perfect cookies, scones, pizza and all other free -shaped pastries. We call it "Bomb-Proof" because it is 3 mm thick. Heavy Duty!
The practical lip on the edge of the baking sheet catches any liquids. You can simply put the Cynthia Barcomi Kitchenware baking sheets on the grids in the oven.
With its high conductivity, the material guarantees optimal and fast heat and cold distribution. For example, the pastries can be frozen in the baking pan and thawed without any problems. You can safely cut on the baking tins. A knife can leave slight traces, but this does not damage the function of the baking pan. The stainless, anodized aluminum offers an extraordinary non -stick effect without being coated.
To anodize baking molds made of aluminum, they are placed in an electrolytic bathroom and anodized by a current flow. This creates an oxide surface that protects the metal nucleus and makes it optimal performance.

CLEANING: |
We recommend washing the shape by hand. |
Do I have to grease the shapes?
It depends on what you want to bake and in what form.
Ingredients such as cheese or sugar really look like glue when cooling.
We therefore recommend baking with the biscuit floor shapes, box shapes and all forms where you work with such ingredients - indeed giving the shapes.
For example, a pie and tart reform does not have to be greased, because the dough is quite pure and is already made of enough fat.
Can the shapes in the dishwasher?
We recommend washing the shapes by hand, because the aggressive detergent of the dishwasher can optically attack the shape.
Question back:
Would you put a good knife into the dishwasher?
We neither. It is similar with these good baking tins.
What do I do, should the baking pan hike into the dishwasher?
The discoloration and the mysterious "fingerprints", which can occur, are basically areas that were partly protected from the attack by deposits of protective fat.
A powder -shaped gap can also remain, which you should remove by hand with a non -scratching flush.
There is no practical way to put the surface back into its original condition.
However, since it is a purely aesthetic change in the surface that does not have a disadvantage on baking or health, you can continue to use the shape as normal.
Is baking with aluminum healthy
Yes - with our baking molds.
Our baking tins are “anodized” during production - i.e. in an electrolytic bathroom.
This process closes the pores and you can bake with the shapes without hesitation.
It is important to note that the shapes are not coated. So there can never be anything that could get into the food.

Can I cut directly on the baking tins?
Yes.
However, a sharp knife can leave scratches in the form, but they do not influence the function of the shape.
And as I said, there is no coating that could flake off or scroll.
How do you feel about sustainability?
Our baking tins are made by hand - in such a way that they last for a lifetime.
All baking molds are deliberately uncovered, but are subjected to a process called “anodization” that hardens and sealed the core aluminum.
This creates the distinctive color and a smooth, easy -to -detect and easy -to -clean surface, which is also much more resistant and never peeled off, blisters, turns or rust.
The special surface of our baking tins means that it develops its own natural patina over time.
Using our baking molds is simple and fulfilling; The joy of an estimated property that promises perfect baking for a lifetime - that is the ultimate statement for sustainable baking.
Where are the baking molds made?
Our baking tins are mostly made by a very great family family business in England.
We usually say that there are a few baking tins that the manufacturer cannot produce due to a lack of suitable equipment on site. This includes, for example, the popular muffin forms or the dome cod shapes.
As a solution to get these important baking tins, our English manufacturer recommended another manufacturer whose quality is equivalent. He produces in China.
Since quality and creativity come first for us, we welcomed the cooperation and are just as convinced of the value as the forms that come from England.
Do you offer a guarantee on the baking tins?
Yes.
We stand behind our top quality and give 25 years of guarantee on all baking tins.

Almost all of our baking tins are made by hand in England. A special partner with whom we have been working very happily since our foundation in 2009.
However, there was a change of ownership at our manufacturer in England shortly before the pandemic. Shortly afterwards, Corona came, which caused production to stand up for about 4 months and then, due to strict corona, rules at work could only be continued with a minimal line -up.
Due to the Brexit, the acquisition of material on the world market was much more difficult and long waiting times.
Since the future or further cooperation with the manufacturer in England is uncertain, we are in contact with a new baking tin manufacturer in southern Germany. We suspect that we move production to Germany.
Quality comes first.
Because one Cynthia Barcomi Kitchenware Baking pan should be the last baking pan you will ever buy.
